Superbloom Flower CSA Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a Superbloom Flower CSA share—either for yourself or as a gift—you acknowledge and agree to the following terms as the recipient.
See our “Flowers” product page for Frequently Asked Questions
CSA Enrollment & Transfers
By completing your CSA purchase online, you are securing a place in the selected Superbloom flower share for the season. All CSA purchases are final and non-refundable.
If you are unable to participate, you may transfer your share to another individual at your discretion.
If purchasing a CSA as a gift, you are responsible for providing a valid email address for the recipient so they can receive all necessary updates and reminders.
Seasonal Shares
Superbloom may adjust flower share pickup dates as needed due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions and natural bloom cycles.
Updates and reminders will be sent via email. It is your responsibility to notify the farm if you have not received any communication within two weeks of the anticipated season start date.
Pickup timelines are listed in each CSA product description and included in order confirmation emails.
To ensure you receive all communications, you are required to add Hello@superbloomflowers.com to your email contacts and regularly check spam or promotions folders.
Flower Pickup
Members are responsible for collecting their bouquets from the selected pickup location during the designated time window. If you are unable to attend a pickup, you may authorize a
friend or family member to collect your flowers on your behalf. Unclaimed shares will be forfeited and may be donated for that week.
Superbloom and its partner pickup locations are unable to accommodate alternative pickup days or times outside those originally selected.
Rewards & Risks of Farming
As a CSA member, you share in both the benefits and inherent risks of farming. While members enjoy exceptionally fresh, high-quality, sustainably grown flowers, agriculture is subject
to variables such as weather extremes, pests, disease, and natural disasters. These conditions may result in reduced harvests or, in rare cases, complete crop loss. In such circumstances,
flower shares may be smaller or unavailable. Superbloom is committed to doing everything possible to provide an abundant and beautiful seasonal harvest.
Flower Care & Quality
Flowers are perishable and typically have a vase life of approximately 3 to 6+ days, depending on variety and care. Flower care instructions and flower food are provided at the start of
the share to help maximize longevity. All flowers are harvested at peak quality, and vase life varies by variety and handling. Superbloom cannot be held responsible for reduced vase life
or quality once flowers are in the member’s care.
Communication
Email is Superbloom’s primary method of communication. By enrolling in a CSA share, you agree to receive emails from Hello@superbloomflowers.com and acknowledge responsibility
for ensuring those messages are delivered successfully. Superbloom is not responsible for emails filtered into spam or promotions folders.
If you do not receive a payment receipt or CSA notification emails within one week of the expected start date, you must contact the farm promptly.
Superbloom is not responsible for missed pickups resulting from failure to receive or review email communications. Any flowers not collected for any reason will be forfeited.
